Limets with Spinach and Fried Onion

1 medium onion, cut unto small pieces
3 tbsp. Olive oil
1 tbsp (5 gr). Butter
1 pound fresh Spinach, coarsely chopped
2 cup Limets
1tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Black paper
Heat oil in a large saucepan medium high heat. Add onion stirring frequently 3 min, add 200 ml. Water reduce heat to maintain a gentle simmer, cover until most of the liquid has been absorbed – 15 min.
Add spinach to the onion and mix 10 min.
Add cooked Limets ! to the onion and spinach and the butter.
